What is the purpose of Hui Aloha ʻĀina o Las Vegas?
The object of HAALV is to affirm the original Hawaiian Patriotic League that organized the Petition Against Annexation in 1897, and to educate the world about Hawaiian sovereignty. HAALV provides an organized local society for people of Hawaiʻi who have a Hawaiian national identity, or whose love of country lies with the Hawaiian Kingdom. HAALV also provides a forum for the discussion of Hawaiian sovereignty that allows every side of the subject to be considered.
